First of all here is the main logo design that I have used throughout my entire brand. Made out of simplicity, with a K and a B back to back to symbolise my initials of my name. I chose this clean style because I believe it suits the design very well and I used a sans-serif font for the graphic designer text because serif fonts and other cool typefaces like handwriting fonts didn’t really fit the way the KB looked, maybe if the KB logo bit was more curvy then some handwriting typeface would be perfect.
With a brand, you need to come up with a good colour scheme that alot of people will recognise you for and I chose the colours that I personally like which is very dark grey and a light blue and so that’s the colour scheme I chose to stick by throughout my brand. For the small text, i chose to use a simple typeface that would allow people to be able to read the contact details and the address and i have made sure that the text could be seen even when its on a printed copy. Not going to lie but last year, i did do a business card and i would say i copied it but i kept it to the same colour scheme and changed the entire layout. I looked online to find what type o letterheads there were out there and one thing i realised is that there are alot of different variables with the designs on these and in the end i chose to go with the positioning you see in the picture above because I didnt see many letterheads that looked like that. Also The decoration on the letterhead is not pointless, the reason i added a small decoration at the top and bottom of the letterhead is because i wanted to keep to the colour scheme that i used throughout my brand the same through ll designs so i added a little decoration to keep it that way as well as i think the page would have looked a bit dull or blank without them on there.
My overall opinions on this is that i think it could potentially work and catch on as my own brand in the future and I also think that when a person looks at my logo they would recognise it and realise that it is a KB back to back instead of some random design.
